Snip: That orange guy has a lot of followers.
Snipe: Yep. I just wonder about them. I think I know more than enough about him. He has been convicted of sexual assault by a jury. He has been convicted of financial fraud by a judge.
Snip: He says he is innocent. Says they are out to get him.
Snipe: Okay, who are “they”? Why would “they” be out to get him?
Snip: He says it’s because he is taking our place. That they are really out to get us.
Snipe: That’s just deliberate misdirection. Of course he says he is innocent. Most convicted criminals say the same thing. SODDI.
Snip: What?
Snipe: Some Other Dude Did It. SODDI
Snip: Oh, I guess that’s true.
Snipe: So, when a grand jury of peers decides that there is enough evidence to warrant a trial, it’s pretty compelling.
Snip: I guess.
Snipe: And when an impartial jury of peers convicts and says, “No, dude, You did it.” It’s because they have seen the evidence.
Snip: Does seem to make sense.
Snipe: So, would you like to have a convicted sex offender move into your neighborhood?
Snip: Of course not.
Snipe: In the White House?
Snip: No, never.
Snipe: Would you have faith in the word of a convicted financial fraudster? Want that individual working on the budget for the whole country?
Snip: Probably not a sound idea.
Snipe: That’s what I don’t understand. Who are the people who support, even financially, a self-described billionaire. He brags about having so much money while holding out his hand asking people to send him money. He has bragged about sexual assault while proclaiming himself innocent of the same thing. How can moral people support that kind of behavior?
Snip: Does sound a bit off.
Snipe: So, unless you want to have a vindictive (said he would go after enemies), convicted sex offender, wanna-be dictator, convicted fraudster, whining self-proclaimed billionaire, cult leading, twice-impeached, multi-indicted person representing you, make sure you vote and encourage others to do the same. The major alternative running for the office might not be your dream candidate but does represent the safest option this time.
Snip: I can understand the importance of voting.
Snipe: And, the wimpy members of congress who support the criminal candidate also need to find a new jobs. They are not doing anything positive for the country and, in my mind, do not serve the country and do not deserve the positions they hold. Time to vote them out as well.
Snip: Vote, vote, vote.
